Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard shipping is free to the contiguous United States (the 48 states plus DC). All orders ship from the United States.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or outside the US?
Not at the moment. We currently ship only within the contiguous United States (48 states plus DC). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or outside the United States.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are processed within 2 business days. Delivery is then approximately 5 business days after your order ships. These are estimates and can vary. The delivery time is also shown at checkout.
Will my items arrive together?
Not always. Sets and orders with several items may ship in separate parcels, so they can arrive on different days. Each parcel gets its own tracking information.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we send you a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery. If you have not received it after your order has shipped, please contact us with your order number.
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy. To start a return, please email us with your order number before sending anything back. Full terms, including what is eligible and how refunds work, are on our Refund policy page.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery, with photos of the item and its packaging. See the Refund policy for details.
Does my furniture need assembly?
Many pieces do. Each product page lists assembly and installation information in its Specifications section (for example "Assembly: Required"), along with the size of the shipping box. Please check the Specifications before you order.
