Processing and dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days after payment confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Delivery and shipping fees

We offer free standard shipping to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. Estimated delivery is 5 business days after dispatch. Processing and transit are separate: the expected total is approximately 7 business days after payment. Delivery estimates may vary due to carrier delays, severe weather or public holidays.

We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or destinations outside the United States.

Tracking and delivery issues

Orders are sent using tracked standard delivery. After dispatch, we email tracking information. If a parcel is lost, delayed or arrives damaged, contact tradetuan@gmail.com with your order number so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
