Returns

30-day returns on unused items in original packaging. Email tradetuan@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective or wrong. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos. Custom and clearance items are not returnable. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the item.
